RIVER CITY AIRSOFT RULES

No drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises.
Must be at least 12 years of age.
Eye and mouth protection must be worn at all times once you leave the staging area and in the live-fire zone.
All personal replicas must chrono under 350 fps w/ .25 bb's
No use of lasers are allowed.
NO FULL AUTO at any time.
All hits must be called.
Barrel covers required when not on playing field. .
No smoke bombs permitted at anytime.
Do not climb on walls/structures/bunkers/stairwell/car.

By checking this box I agree to I have read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force effect.

I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releases from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor’s account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations, and further agree that if, despite this release I, the minor, or anyone on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the above Releases, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releases from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost any Release may occur as a result of any such claim.

Q: How old do I need to be to play airsoft?

A: You must be at least 12 years of age in order to play airsoft.

Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have at least one parental consent signature on our waiver.

Anyone under the age of 14 years of age must have a parent or guardian accompany or play with them at all times.
Q: What should I wear?

A: Safety gear such as mask is required. Masks are included in our rental package. We also recommend wearing thicker clothing and covering all exposed skin. Gloves are also recommended. No opened-toed shoes allowed.
